By using TTSBox, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this tool.

Description of Service

TTSBox is an experimental browser-based tool that uses AI models to clone voices and generate speech from text input. The tool runs entirely in your browser using WebGPU. No server-side processing of your audio or text occurs.

User Responsibilities

By using this tool, you agree that you will:

• Only clone voices you own or have explicit permission to use.
• Not impersonate, defraud, harass, or deceive anyone.
• Not clone public figures, private individuals, or any voice without authorization.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Take full responsibility for how generated audio is used.

Experimental Status

TTSBox is an experimental tool. The browser pipeline may not be fully complete. Model loading, downloading, caching, and browser detection are functional, but the full voice generation pipeline may require further development. Results may vary. The tool is provided as-is without guarantees of quality, speed, or accuracy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TTSBox is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the tool will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the creators of TTSBox be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this tool, including but not limited to damages from misuse of generated audio.

Intellectual Property

The AI models used by TTSBox are subject to their own licenses. TTSBox is a browser interface for running the models locally. Users retain ownership of their voice samples and generated audio, subject to applicable rights.

Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the tool after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
